Robert Manning

I am a landlord making legal claims against Robert Manning for withholding funds and overcharging. Happy to discuss with anyone else doing the same. Specifically Zena Hinds and Anthony Joseph Adjei (previous and current Directors) have county court judgements against them as part of Robert Manning. They are also running the business illegally as they are not members of a redress scheme (despite stating this in their contracts) and have been reported to trading standards

A terrible estate agent. Property in Papworth Everad is frequently out of water & you can't get hold of anybody. It has taken 3x days in the past to rectify the problem. The toilets get full of human waste. Major health issue They have the app "Arthur" which a total waste of time as they don't respond to it

I wish i had read the reviews before engaging with them! They are very unprofessional and have really trash service avoid them at all costs! They still haven't refunded my money to date!

One star is too many. This is a horrific company. 'jules' happy to reply if it's anything to do with receiving money but when problems arise absolutely no response. They have taken a holding deposit from me but have held nothing.they have Not passed my details on to there referencing company despite me providing every piece of personal information requested and paying for the service.

I'm now a month on, out of pocket, and still no place to live! Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will continue to chase my very hard ernt money back from Robert Manning and take my complaint to the appropriate authorities. AVOID AT ALL COST

I was looking for a property in West London advertised on all those common known online platforms and saw one looks alright so sent a request to the letting agent called herself 'Jules' which later found out she actually is called Julie Edwards working for this company. It was an auto reply message asking for my contact number and promised would call me back to do the viewing this or next week.

But I never got a call back from her. After a few days, I saw that property was off market so I thought I would look for other available properties instead. However later after a couple of weeks, that property went back to the market, so I contacted that Jules (she then changed her name as Julie E) again, received same auto reply as last night immediately but with no call back. So I decided to check on her and here comes the reviews, most are negative which doesn't surprise me. Respect to those genuine reviews, very much appreciated!

Terrible service, they charge you for extras like cleaners, internet, but the cleaner never turns up, and the internet is lousy. Landlords must love these guys because they're rates are cheap, and I can see why. As a tenant, really consider if a 'nice' place is worth putting up with a terrible landlord before you sign

Communication was always smooth and the staff was very responsive, if we ever had a problem with our property we got our issue resolved immedietly.

Absolutely rubbish service! No communication whatsoever from Robert Manning after calling them every day for the last 2 weeks. They take ages with referencing and now struggling to speak to someone to get my holding deposit back! Absolutely disgraceful Please avoid!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Requested to see two properties well in advance, the first property was not as advertised, it will still being worked on. The second one I was not able to see as it was cancelled last minute with no explanation. When I called to let them know my experience, I could not get a word in and they simply did not care. Overall would not recommend this company, the bad rating number speaks for itself.

Totally unreliable and untrustworthy. They ask for money without providing any type of service. The didn't show up in the viewing, didn't answer to my phone calls, didn't take into account my enquiries. It is a ghost company with one receptionist that takes messages without delivering them to the people in charge and a mobile phone that takes only voice mails and texts. Julie or Jules Davies the person that 'took over' the case with doing absolutely nothing. SCAM. And now it is advertised again under the name Julie Edwards

Great to deal with. Always prompt with getting back to me with any enquires I’ve made. Always happy and eager to help with anything, small or big.
