I've been with BPS for the 2021-22 academic year, and I believe they are a great company for student housing. The process involved with signing the tenancy was straightforward from start to finish, and any questions or issues we had with this, the staff were always happy to help. Any problems we have had since living in the house have always been dealt with promptly.
I know that's there is always someone there to speak to should I need it, and any communications are answered quickly. A great company run by friendly and approachable staff. I would highly recommend BPS to anyone looking for student housing in Sheffield.

I've been with BPS for the last two years while I've been at university. Every single time we've had an issue in our house the problem has been resolved almost instantly with the staff at BPS always being happy to help. Nothing has ever been too much for them, we've even had an entirely new set of chairs to replace old ones and all the autumn leaves had been cleared up from our garden too so we could enjoy the spring and summer outdoors a bit more too.
I've also found that BPS are brilliant when looking at houses to rent for the academic year, always making time for both of my groups and constantly dealing with ever changing circumstances. The staff are extremely understanding when it comes to rent payments and aligning those payments with student loan incomes, so you won't have to worry about that if you go with BPS either. All in all I've had a great experience with BPS and I wouldn't have been happier with anybody else for my time at uni.

Great company for student housing. My cupboard broke within the first few weeks of living in one of their houses and it was replaced super efficiently. The property is lovely and in great budget for students, plus they are really easy to get in touch with if any problems prevail. Definitely recommend, particularly for Sheffield students

Rent, as always, is too expensive - though that's hardly exclusive to Broomhill property. Things of note: House is dry, warm, and well maintained. They've sent contractors over without notice multiple times. Asked for a new mattress as the springs were like laying on a bed of nails. They told the landlord. No follow up. Gave up and swapped to sleeping on the floor, and I've gotta say my back pain has gone away since!
Thank you Broomhill and the landlord for that, genuinely I was losing hope. By far not the worst estate agents I've dealt with. (That award goes to city lettings in Nottingham - avoid at all costs) Review submitted for free month's rent competition.

I've been with a lot of agencies during my time as a student and most of them are absolutely terrible but I have no complaints with BPS. The small amount of issues we've had with our house they've quickly came out and fixed. They kept us up to date about our house renovations before we moved in and even sent us pictures; we didn't even have to ask!

The agents at BPS have been friendly and helpful throughout my tenancy so far. Any issues have been sorted out in good time and there is always someone at the end of the phone should you need them. Would definitely recommend BPS to people looking for accomodation in Sheffield. It was an easy process from start to finish and BPS were able to make additional accomodations in terms of the tenancy agreement for myself.

The BPS was my first experience with agencies. Really organized, quick paper work and quite helpful when it comes to maintainability. I once had some minors issues with my bathroom and they responded quickly. The house was in a really good condition (I was happy with my room) and in a practical, accessible and safe neighbourhood. They are a great option for students.
