At Legal Lets we pride ourselves on providing excellent services to our landlords. Our staff are fully committed to ensuring our landlords are kept fully up to date with what is going on with their properties. Landlords receive a monthly rent statement for their properties and are kept fully up to date on the finances relating to their properties.
At Legal Lets we endeavour to ensure all tenants are satisfied in their properties. We pride ourselves on the excellent communication we provide between tenants and landlords. Should you have any queries relating to your property that you wish relayed to your landlord, we do this quickly and efficiently.

I am coming up to my 7th year in my current property and I cannot fault Legal Lets service. Anything that needs sorting is dealt with swiftly and to a high standard. All the annual checks are booked in and actioned as required. Recently due to the storms, all the garden fencing needed replacing. The team went above and beyond, the quality of work and materials used was outstanding. Historically I have had very bad experiences with other rentals and agencies but Legal Lets have restored my faith - you look after your property and they will look after you, they really are fantastic and always give 5* service. Great work guys!

Legal Lets have looked after my family's properties for many years. The service is ever improving to both property owners and tenants. Very professional company that I have been using to manage my portfolio over the last 3 years. I have always found them to be polite and helpful and extremely efficient at managing my properties. The service charges are reasonable and offer value for money as I don't have time to manage the properties myself. The owner is very personable and ensures that I am kept informed about my properties. I would not hesitate in recommending Legal Lets to other landlords to manage their portfolio.
