We rented a property managed by Gough Quarters for five years. Whenever there was an issue, it was generally responded to and resolved very promptly. Aaron is highly responsive to emails, so any questions we had were always dealt with quickly. The property was decorated neutrally prior to us moving in and it was fine for what we needed at the time.
When we left the property a couple of weeks back, our deposit was returned quickly to us also. I would definitely recommend Gough Quarters for a friendly, professional and supportive property agent service.

I was with Gough Quarters for one year and had a very pleasant experience with their company. My dealings were through Danielle and Aaron primarily and they were always extremely professional and courtious. They have always been quick to reply, patient and addressed any concerns that I had during my tenancy. If I return to bristol, I will be hoping to find accomadation through them again.

Our personal experience with Gough Quarters was great! As we have moved from another country, they have been a great help from the very start - informative with every detail and aspect of rent, etc. They kept their responsiveness to a 100% without missing a single email - even house visits were well planned which we did not expect. Just let me say one thing - we are extremely gratefull for their services provided.
But most importantly, we are the most grateful for them being humanly - when one of our family members was unwell, we had asked Gough Quarters if they could look after our pet for a period of time - which they did. This was totally unexpected, but just to say - they do go an extra mile to look after their tenants. Again - Gough Quarters are more than a Letting Agent.

I've been a tenant with Gough Quarters for over 12 months and they've been first-rate lettings agents for the whole period of the tenancy. Always quick to respond to questions and requests; always prompt with notifications if any tradespeople are required at the property; always on time with ensuring that any property tests are carried out; never been any issues or problems. Danielle and Aaron at Gough Quarters were both very approachable and responsive as letting agents. They responded quickly to maintenance issues such as changing a blind and painting some walls in the bathroom and were also very accommodating and prompt at finding a replacement tenant when I had to unexpectedly cut my tenancy short. They are professional and friendly, which is what you always want from a letting agent.

I've never felt compelled to write a review for a letting/estate agent before, let alone a positive one. However, Gough Quarters have been, without a doubt, the best letting agent I've ever dealt with. It feels as though Aaron and Danielle never stop working, as each and every query I've had has been dealt with promptly and with a level of attention you don't expect from most letting agents.
I never feel as though my concerns have gone unnoticed, and all problems that I've had have been quickly taken care of. I hope that I can continue to rent through Gough Quarters for the foreseeable future, as I can't imagine an agency getting much better than this.

Gough Quarters were instructed to find me a tenant for my flat. First class service (including out of hours) at all times and a reasonable fee structure too. Aaron is straightforward, hardworking and does his job very well. Other letting agents I have used previously do not meet the service he and his team provides.
