Our landlords however have the choice of opting for our streamlined Tenant Find or Full Property Management solution. These are offered at a much reduced cost. The Tenant Find and Set-Up Fee is £120. The Management Fee is 2% of each month's rent.

Whichever plan the landlord chooses, we take care of everything. We compile professional details for the property and deal with all the online and offline marketing. All viewings are attended by one of our lettings negotiator. Once we have found a suitable tenant we check and process all the paperwork for the tenancy.
