We began life as Landlords and after a while of getting less than good service from the letting agents we were using we decided we could do a better job ourselves. We systematised the business, became accredited by the National Landlords Association and then offered our services to others. Consequently, we proactively manage all properties to ensure that both the property and tenant is looked after. Our philosophy is to deal with a problem before it becomes an issue. This way bills are minimal and voids are kept to a minimum.We regularly inspect all properties and send follow up letters to tenants and can provide landlords with written reports of our findings. We have maintenance teams in place to deal with any eventuality. We buy distressed properties, reconfigure and refurbish them to maximise their value. Then we either let out or sell the properties as appropriate. We also do this for our client landlords, helping them to build a portfolio and recycle their deposits.

I've let two properties through Woods Properties one in Framfield the other in Tunbridge Wells. Both properties were let quickly and for amounts that I was happy with. So far the tenancies haven't run for very long but both sets of tenants seem very good. I've dealt with Nigel and Julie who have both been very knowledgable, friendly, prompt and given me good advice along the way. I fully recommend them.
