Making a Move source properties on your behalf, according to your specified criteria, saving you both time and money. We use our expert property sourcing knowledge and negotiating power to make sure you get the best deal possible. We then liaise on your behalf with the relevant estate agents or auction houses, solicitors and your mortgage broker to ensure the whole process runs smoothly and hassle free.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).
