They do not secure deposits in a Government approved scheme as required by law, which by the way is illegal. The owner is a clown who gets aggressive over the most minor of matters. People use this company out of necessity because they require less security to rent a property than other agency's and you will pay the price for that. JLO is a disease to the streets of Coventry. What credible business in this country doesn't open until 10am on a weekday?

I don't even want to give this good for nothing company one star. Absolutely horrific customer service they had one good staff memeber I think that goes by the name of Sam who now no longer works there - the owner is more focused on his fancy range rover than the security of The tenants or even the success of his business. The company is backwards and run by a couple who don't know the first thing about customer service!

These people are not straight forward. Telling lies is the order of the day for them. Very poor customer service! They would not answer your call when you need to speak to them. They will access the property without your permision and do viewings at odd times. If you're considering using them please reconsider right now! Deal with them at your own risk! They are the worst in the whole of Coventry. They don't even deserve 1 star! All of this is from personal experience with them by the way.

This guy is a joker not a professional at all has loads of crap tenants and does not vet them at all despite charging a fee to the tenants! apparently did not pay 3 months rent himself in his last house thats not good if you are a letting agent! avoid this agent unless you want hassle! does not have a clue about any aspects of lettings and management of houses!
