EPCs (energy performance certificates
Report
As of the 1st October 2008 all properties offered for rent whether privately or through a professional agent will be required to have an energy performance certificate. The purpose of this is to make the public aware of how energy efficient a property is. At H & R we are able to provide these as we employ a qualified and accredited domestic energy assessor. Once issued the EPC will remain valid for a period of ten years.
