Rented a property from Sure Property Group for 5 years, during this time the company managing my flat changed so many times but is now called Let Sure. Whatever the name of the company is I am writing this review due to my unpleasant experience: when I handed my notice in, they would come into the flat without proper notice to take photos or for viewings.
When it came to returning my deposit they tried to claim they lost the signed inventory so couldn't verify the condition of the flat when I moved in; also that it would cost J400 to get the property cleaned (not sure what cleaning company they use!) and J100 to buff out some marks in the wall. They are really hard to get hold of, and even when you do I found the staff to be so rude.
I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned and will have to file a court claim / case with the deposit protection service. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had with letting agents I can't believe that this company can be so unprofessional!
