We provide a unique online lettings service to private landlords and investors throughout the UK allowing landlords to list their properties on Rightmove, Findaproperty, Primelocation and many other major web portals. All tenant enquiries are referred to the Landlord. Landlords can also choose other services available like Tenancy Set Up where all the referencing and legal stuff is taken care of by us, rent management and full management.

The service is offered by Daniel Fox and Co, a trusted High Street Letting and Sales agency, which can be found in Birmingham (and soon to be opening branch in Wolverhampton). They were set up in 2005 and have many years of experience in property lettings and management. They are also regulated members of the UKALA.

The Uchooselettings range of services include property marketing where the landlord can list their property on Rightmove, Findaproperty, Primelocation, Mouseprice and many others for a one off fee of 59pound.

Tenancy set up where they reference the tenant that the Landlord chooses and carry out all the necessary legal paperwork for a one off fee.

The Rent Management Service allows the Landlord to relax knowing that the rent is collected on their behalf and any arrears are dealt with quickly and in the proper manner.

The Full Management Service lets the Landlord really relax knowing that their tenants have a 1st point of contact for all situations including maintenance. It includes the Rent.
