Comfort Letting Agents was founded in 2010 by Phil and Ben, with the initial aim of providing quality accommodation to students. Comfort Letting Agents achieves this by its own development of suitable property as well as the selective management of qualifying property from other landlords. Our strict take on policy ensures the quality of our lets, and students can be assured of comfortable accommodation and selected landlords assured of the most appropriate selection of tenants.

We aim to provide such accommodation for students in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.

We focus on the student rental market and HMO accommodation although due to the popularity of our service we do also act for residential landlords.

We advise our landlords on the standards of accommodation that we believe students deserve, and hopefully give tenants houses that make their friends jealous. We aim to be a well known name in the student lettings market and expect year-on-year referrals for our properties meaning we can cut the cost to landlords on the required marketing.

We offer advice on portfolio selection and strategies, particularly in the selection of required renovation work for long term investment in HMOs.
