EUKO Real Estate is a network project in community development for affordable housing and economic development projects and lettings. We distinguish ourselves as leaders by our flexibility as minority or majority venture partners and community development services to meet the needs of low- and moderate-income households and communities across the United Kingdom.

On the other side of meeting the needs of low- and moderate-income households and communities for affordable housing, we offer joint partnership in homeownership. Our Homeownership platform works with potential homeowners seeking to purchase their first home, or most importantly homeowners who wish to stay in their homes but need short term assistance.

We also welcome working with community leaders, housing advocates, public officials, and investors to develop policies, practices and solutions to help sustain home ownership. Our staff will do whatever it takes to help our customers.

One the other hand EUKO Homes is not just about housing developing, we want to to know as acompany that builds homes. At every stage of the process; from designing and planning to the final finishing touches, we keep in mind the emotional and practical priorities of the people who will be living in our properties.

This customer-centric approach shall been at the root of our success. We began with many small ventures while planning a major work of art. Operations can take us over many regions, from Scotland to Wales and down to the South East of England. All our regions supported by an extensive customer service team to guide buyers through what, in most cases, is the biggest financial commitment they will ever make from J125K - J10 million.
