Our Tenant Find only package costs a one off fee of £69 and covers: full advertising including unlimited advertising on Rightmove and other major websites, drawing up the tenancy agreement and full referencing. The only thing that we don't do is accompanied viewings.
Our Full Management service, including Rent Collection costs 7% a month. Again, this package includes all of the same features as the Tenant Find package, but also features: collecting and registering the deposit with the DPS, arranging the inventory and safety checks, communication with the tenants and local authorities, collecting the rent and providing the landlord with rent statements, 24/7 on call service for tenants, inspections, renewals, holding keys for access and more.
We also offer many other services such as: cleaning, insurance, removals, maintenance, safety checks and installations and conveyancing.
