We have been with Woo for over 5 years as renters. In a world of terrible agents with fees that were out of this world, Woo's fees were very reasonable (obviously fees no longer charged). They have been really good from the start and would recommend them - our landlord is not tech savvy and they have navigated that brilliantly.

Great company to work with. I Went through woo properties for my home never really had any major problems just minor ones and they have done the best to make sure all the problems are fixed ASAP. I would recommend them they are quick to sorting repairs out on your property they advertise for home's to buy and rented accommodation.

Diane has then liaised with me right up until collecting the keys. Diane has been so responsive, clear in communication and supportive. If you are looking for a place to rent, do not go for Woo Properties. If there is a problem with the property they are extremely unresponsive and when they do respond, they are rude and lie. Luckily I've kept evidence of everything so I managed to catch them in a lie, but they will do anything to avoid dealing with repairs. If you need an update on something, they will not respond. Mike - the manager of Woo Properties, is the one that looks at property disrepair and gives his opinion on it, even though he does not specialise in that area.

For example, he came to look at my roof rather than pay for a roofer to look at the roof to find out what the problem was. He also doesn't arrange for professionals to look at damp and mould, he does this himself too. This company does not like to outsource work to actual qualified professionals. There is no evidence provided to suggest that Mike is qualified to even do any of these things. Avoid!

I've used Woo a few times in the past and they've always found very good, happy tenants very quickly. They're very responsive and very easy to work with. I've currently set up with them to manage a property, and so far, so good. They get things done fairly and quickly in my experience. I didn't have any reservations using their services, and look forward to a long and happy working relationship with them

I have been with woo for a fair few years now and they have been fantastic! Any problem I have had they have sorted straight away no hassle no problem! The office is like a little family and they know you by first name. can honestly say I have felt welcome every time I have entered problem or not. As and when if I move back to Nottingham I will definitely speak to them about another property!

I have been renting for 15 years, the last three of which were with a property managed by Woo Properties. I can honestly say that they are the best and should I rent a private property again they would definitely be my first port of call. Diane is particularly good, extremely professional, polite and responsive. You can send an email and receive a response the same day and better still, someone is always available at the end of the phone.

All of the staff do genuinely care about both the landlord and the tenant as opposed to some agents that are all about the landlords. If anything needed repairing it was done so within 24 hours, although because of the standard of quality in the properties they rent the repairs that are needed are few and far between. If you are after a rental property that feels like a home and you know that will be properly maintained then woo properties are the way to go. Nothing but positive things to say about Woo Properties' services as letting agent. They take brilliant care of me, my property and the tenants. I have been using them for almost a decade, and have never had anything but excellent communication, attention to detail and customer care.

When we decided to rent out our property we were recommended to contact Woo by a friend and it turned out to be some of the best advice I've ever been given. Over 4 years later our third tenant has just moved in and, once again, the transition has been smooth. The team at Woo are great at keeping us informed and any maintenance issues that arise with the house are dealt with extremely quickly so I know that my tenants are being properly looked after and my house is in good hands. Mike has been amazing with the amount of advice and support he has offered concerning the new Selective Licence Scheme coming into force this year. I have always found the whole team at Woo friendly, helpful, supportive and highly professional. Simply amazing!

As an estate agent they have been great and approachable. We always felt looked after. We rented just over three years and they always liaised and solved any issues. On our end of tenancy interview we had a few thing that needed moving, the taxi was going to take a while and it was raining so the gentlemen offered to help us to take some of it in his car. Overall we are very pleased with the the services provided by Woo.

Very nice letting agency, they have just taken over our house and they've been very good. Incredibly responsive which is great. I'm disabled and strugle to find good places to live and Woo are great and helping with things at the house. And we'll make sure Craig doesn't spend to much time with the pupper!

Woo are by far the best letting agent I have ever dealt with. They are as focused on the tenant's needs as they are on the landlord's, making them a very fair letting agent to rent through. Despite having to leave the property under unfortunate circumstances (landlord selling the house) Woo were very helpful, understanding and thoughtful of our situation. Special mention to Craig and Naomi who, in different ways, really helped us out.
