Bit expensive for rent and parking, but very nice property and surrounding area. Our property was very nice inside, recently decorated and with new sofas.

Would highly recommend maf properties had a great experience from enquiring to letting to leaving and our apartment was high quality with modern kitchen and bathroom

Maf properties is the best accommodation agency in Sheffield. I lived at Wilkinson Street when I was student and I'm now living with my friends in one of their apartments at Devonshire Point. I work in Sheffield City Centre so it's a convenient place to live. The flat is beautiful, modern and spacious and it's a really high standard for the price.

DO NOT EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY! Lived at the student flats with my 5 other friends during my second year and had the worst experience. Within the first month of living there we experienced an attempted break in and we're all a bunch of girls and you can imagine how scared we was, we got no form of support whatsoever from our "landlords".

We received the pin to the back doors two weeks before leaving the site and went days without heating or warm water. The wifi doesn't even work we used our neighbours wifi for the last couple months and we are university students, WIFI is mandatory in a student home. They have no urgency to fix any issues, they are currently trying to charge us 1.3k for barely anything at all.

One of our tenants left the site in early October and her room was untouched but they are trying to take her deposit too? Worst landlords ever, they've only returned us 160 of our deposit when we gave them a total of 1500. Understandable if we punched holes and wrecked and broke everything in the property but that is not the case at all. Would not recommend they will never be seeing me again.

Maf properties is the best student accommodation I've ever stayed in in Sheffield. We stayed at Ecco and our friends stayed at ecclesall gate, Both flats were beautiful and of high quality. I would definitely recommend maf properties.

I have been lucky enough to live at Devonshire Point during my 2nd and 3rd year at university. MAF Properties have gone above and beyond for things that we have needed during our time here and are very accommodating. Communication is great and maintenance requests are responded rapidly. Both apartments I have lived in have had a modern, luxury feel and we have felt very safe in the building during our time here. I'd definitely recommend MAF Properties to students in Sheffield.

Devonshire point is the perfect place to live! It's so central, modern with really great features! It includes built in washing machine, dryer, dish washer, has inter-com and lots more cool stuff! Couldn't recommend this property enough!

Every time their office and management team have been impeccable with making it a smooth transition when looking and moving into the properties, always keeping us up to date in the process. I've just moved into the new Ecco apartments and I am very happy with my flat. The interior is great, there's lots of space. The building is in a great location but at the minute no visible security on site which I'm hoping will change. Some staff at MAF are also very friendly but I did have a disagreement with one of there staff and so did a friend of mine and the staff member I spoke to made the argument very heated and didn't seem like she cared about my opinion but apart from that I've not had any trouble so far.

Never been to sheffield before but MAF immediately made me and my housemates feel welcome by helping us move in and being very flexible to our needs. We were very impressed by Ecco, our apartment building, and were very happy with the security and the high quality furnished rooms. Although lacking a bit of storage space in bedrooms, we are very happy with the apartment and will be using MAF again.

I would recommend MAF properties to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home in Sheffield. Student friendly. After three years living in Sheffield I had never come across such a clean and nice house. The price wasn't higher than other properties I lived in or visited but it was for sure the best one! The walls were freshly painted when we moved in and the house was so clean! MAF have been great with any issues we've had in the house and would come help us straight away.

They have a super friendly team and are always here to help. Thank you for making my student experience here so great! I have great memories in their property and it's going to be hard to leave! Best landlords in town!

Used Maf as tenants for 2 years now. No issues or problems with them, good service and nice people

We have recently moved into our property with MAF and chose it for its excellent location to University and Sheffield town centre. The house is clean, furnished well with good appliances and decoration. We have also hugely appreciated, as nursing students, being able to live in the property over summer as we are still in university and on placement.

We have found MAF staff to be friendly, helpful and approachable and any requests we have made have been dealt with. We are glad we chose MAF properties and would recommend them to other students.

Just moved into our new accomodation at Ecclesall Gate and we've got to say its something else! Everything is top quality and brand new, customer service is excellent and they simply go above and beyond. Go with them.

Just about to start my second year and move into 99 William Street, Have to say the house is amazing having spent a few nights there over summer and the Estate agents have been very informative and very nice. The website looks very nice looks modern and keeps the same theme as the old website which is nice to see. I would highly recommend MAF properties to any student looking for housing as they are a very reliable option for people looking for accommodation with friends in Sheffield.

We have lived in our property for one academic year now and I am really looking forward to the next two years here. It was very simply arranged and everything clearly explained to us. Any issues or damages we have are quickly and efficiently resolved. The place looked great from day one (as many of my student friends have commented on). Would recommend to anyone looking for quality properties for their time in Sheffield.

We have moved into one of MAF’s properties houses this year with my friends, we are all really happy with the accommodation. The house was lovely and clean fitted with modern furniture in the bedrooms and lounge. The bathrooms and kitchen were also very spacious. The house itself has a nice feel to it and we all really enjoy living here. The staff at MAF properties are very reliable and always on hand to help whenever needed nothing is too much to ask. We will defiantly be continuing to stay with MAF properties next year and throughout our academic studies
