We'll also provide a board (window or garden) and will feature regularly in the Scotland Homes magazine in the Herald. With this you will be given the option of having your property displayed in the Herald, at an extra cost. Our own website is cutting edge, contemporary and user friendly. It will allow prospective tenants to register their details online and be notified of new properties as they become available, as well as download the colour brochure for their perusal.
As far as experience, rest assured, we at VSL are not rookies. Our Managing Partner, Innes Allan has over 15 years as a property professional, and Jon Clay (New Business Development) has spent the last 10 years in the letting sector. Our combined experience will allow us to outperform against any of our competitors and deliver a bespoke service that clients deserve.

Late summer last year I decided to sell my flat, and started the dreaded process of finding an estate agent. I had several round, and I was cringing at the smooth patter i was getting, not to mention spectacular promises of fantastic prices. I contacted Vanilla Square, in the hope that being less of a big high street name, they may provide a more personal service.
From the moment i met Stephen Lucas i was impressed by his down to earth attitude, he was a breath of fresh air compared to the other agents I met. I like sincerity and that's what I got - Stephen was motivated, positive - and I especially liked that he was so encouraging despite the fact my flat was modest, and not a 'big earner' for Vanilla Square.
I hadn't a clue how to sell, having never done it before. Stephen, and then Vicky, who is based in the office were endlessly supportive, encouraging and reassuring, and kept me lighthearted when I was getting stressed out! Vanilla Square did viewings when it suited the viewers, and also did one to one viewings - everything i requested was fulfilled without any fuss or delay.
It really felt like a personal and attentive service - and I would be happy to sell again and buy with confidence through them - and what's more, i am delighted that my flat broke the ceiling price for similar properties that had sold in my area. As a person who can honestly say im not a fan of Estate Agents in general, and am also difficult to please, I am a fan of Vanilla Square, and I am more than pleased with every aspect of their service.
