Great service from Jane and Sarah when purchasing a house through Arden's in what was a long process. Jane was fantastic in chasing and following up until the sale was completed and kept us informed regularly. Arden have been a great estate agent and went above and beyond to help us secure the house we wanted. We spent about a month viewing properties with them and they were very good at fitting us into their 'open house' days for viewings. My experience of trying to purchase a property was exhausting. Lesley, from the Barn Green office, I found to be extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. A complete lack of consideration with no sense of urgency in returning calls, emails or even checking the diary. Suffice to say I withdrew my offer and used another agent.
