Over the years since I know Steve, I never stopped to be impressed by his vast knowledge about the property market. What stands out even more than that is his attention and care for both the landlord and the tenant. Maplewood Property delivers an excellent and outstanding service which is rare in the property market. The easiest five-star review I have ever given!

As a tenant at one of the properties managed by Maplewood Property and Steve I only have the best to say. Steve made this past year so much easier with his help, support and brilliant disposition. Moving houses and settling in is stressful as is. but moving during a pandemic definitely amplified that. and Steve was there to assist at every step of the way. Any concerns, or issues with the property have been dealt with swiftly and professionally. I can't recommend working with him and Maplewood Property enough.

Nothing but the highest praise for the company. I worked very closely with Steve when I was purchasing my first home. No question was too silly and Steve was faultless in keeping the process moving and keeping me updated, and was very quick at replying!
