Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Quite rude and heartless and really blunt, she didn't have no sympathy and didn't give any advice or solutions and hanged up before anything could be done they seem to have no idea what they're even doing half the time, atleast with other letting agency's they're more patient and understanding, wouldn't recommend them.

I have had the pleasure of Dave, Melony and staff managing my properties at L.L.Agenncy for a number of years now and they have looked after a few properties for me now. It's such a relief not having to worry about collection of rent, listening to unimportant comments from Tennant's, property checks or even having to remember the renewal date for the boiler gas Safe etc.

I can honestly say that over 10 years or more ( who, s counting? ) I have never had o pick up the phone to complain about a single item relating to the services they provide. It's a fab family run business and long may they continue to serve us lucky ones.

Completely unprofessional. Highly likely it will be blamed on COVID and not having staff at the moment due to the governments funding blah blah blah. The owner should be ashamed of the way this business is being run. Even more ashamed if they run it themselves. I've sent countless enquiries through to these guys using a variety of subsidiaries such as Zoopla, on the market and a few others. I've called, been ghosted and hung up on. To which I have never, ever had a response. This spans over the course of year now. Unreliable, unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
