At this appointment we can show you market comparables and agree an expected rental income figure. We will advise you on the legal aspects of letting your property including the gas regulations, electricity checks and furniture checks. As your agent we can take care of all these areas using approved contractors. The number one reason most people let a property is to gain rental income. We can direct you in gaining advice on tax implications from a qualified accountant. As your agent we will monitor the rental income and turn it around so that you are paid as quickly as possible.
With regards to maintenance on your property we can provide contractor quotes and manage the job on your behalf without any further commissions, this is all included on our fully managed package. We have our own in house Domestic Energy Assessor. To market a property you have to have an Energy Performance Certificate in place and we are able to turn this around quickly. David was exceptional at sorting out an issue of a 1000 refund for myself after a surveyor submitted a report and did not give a value for a property purchase. Poor customer care, poor food and a poor overall experience. Tried this restaurent for the first time tonight and I have to say that I have had better supermarket curries. Very much a treadmill where you are 'pushed' through your courses. Staff only take time to converse when you have paid your money and are on your way out! Beware!
