I had been living in a flat let by Extra Mile for five whole years. Throughout this long period, my interaction with Chris Gladden and his team was great! They were always very responsive and the management of any maintenance issue was very professional. I would definitely recommend Extra Mile for their services.

We were very happy with our tenancy with extra mile. While I was viewing the flat, I pointed out a couple of things that could do with improving and they were fixed by the time we moved in two weeks later. Any issues we had were quickly resolved - they have an online form to fill in, which I think is a really great idea. They were always very responsive and helpful - head and shoulders above other companies I have rented from in the past. I would definitely recommend them as a letting agent.

I also like that I can call them directly in case of an emergency. They are always friendly, professional and service minded. Their pricing is fair for landlords and they do not take commission on top of contractor work at my properties! That is a must have for me and should be for every landlord. I rented a flat for just under a year from Extra Mile and Chris and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Any issues were dealt with promptly, there was always great communication and I always felt like the flat was really being looked after by the team. Chris and team managed our property for 2 years while we lived abroad. We found them extremely pragmatic and knowledgable, helping us set a reasonable price for our flat, finding good tenants, and managing all tenant interactions and repairs seamlessly. They were also good at managing us: proactively keeping us up to date with all inspections, proposing reasonable repairs and requests from the tenants, handling all maintenance quickly and to a high standard, updating us on changes in the law, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend Extra Mile Letting. I have been living and renting in the UK for 8 years and I've never come across a letting agency that showed such lack of support for its tenants. Me and my partner are both professionals, clean, quiet, respectful and always pay our rent on time. They charged us for NOT cleaning the outside of the windows on a flat on the 3rd floor that were not even clean to begin with when we moved to the flat.

You call yourselves an agency that wants to support people, and you do have some lovely agents working there but thats not enough. We had to call a plumber to come check the sink due to a blockage, it turns out there is a machine that works and connects to the sink that we were told not to ever touch, that machine apparently had 2 switches, the agency did not know that those two switches existed so they expected us to know, having only lived in the flat a few months so they charged us for that. I honestly would never recommend them to anyone. Perhaps there are tenants that have had a good experience with this agency but we were not that case

Chris, Sarah and Rebecca are outstanding they are knowable, professional and really down to earth everything that you need in a reliable letting agent. Have worked alongside them for years and will hopefully always continue to do so. Cannot recommend them enough.

Extra Mile Letting have been by far the best agency experience I ever had in Scotland. They always provided high quality of services, by responding swiftly to any property issues raised with them and trying to provide the best available solution. I would highly recommend them.
