Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value We forward them professional Tenant. They are the worst Letting Agent Company. They give response very coldly for maintenance once you take their property. At the end of tenancy they will attempt every possible way to hog your money. They will inflict charges to retain your deposit. Please avoid them and go for other option.

Really unfortunate experience renting with KPM, absolutely the worst letting agency in Glasgow. Would advise anyone to find someone else to manage your property/ rent from. Sent the wrong lease to us with someone else's personal information and continually sent out our personal informaiton to the wrong email address even after informing them multiple times. The only good thing about them is their maintance service, those guys are fab!

Honestly the worst letting agency I've ever experienced. Won't repair the windows on my flat, doesn't reply to emails and is just totally unresponsive most of the time. When I phone to ask why I can't get a reply I'm brushed off and nothing is done. Avoid them at all costs. They only care when you are breaking the terms of the contract by withholding rent, not when they are breaking contract by not repairing the flat. They will not even tell me who the landlord is, despite it being law in Scotland.

I rented a flat from KPM last year with a friend whilst we did our postgrads and was very impressed with the service provided. I was always able to contact them on the phone and all the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I had to move out rather suddenly during the pandemic and, despite me suddenly changing from wanting to sign a single occupancy lease to wanting to leave the property, KPM was very understanding and helpful.
They also returned my deposit in full which was a nice change from my last letting agency who squeezed every penny they could out of you! I will definitely look at KPM's website first when flat hunting in Glasgow.

I arranged an afternoon viewing with KPM, as I work outside Glasgow I took the afternoon off work and drove into the city to view the property. After waiting at the doorstep for 10 minutes I called KPM to see where their agent was only to find out that the property was no longer available. This really was a major inconvenience that could have been easily avoided with a phone call. I'm planning on buying property in the next year and I will definitely avoid a company like this that shows such contempt for its' customers time.

This is actually an experience my sister had. It was her first flat, and to be fair to the estate agent with her, they really showed it off: good looking place, town centre location, really cheap price. But after a while living there, she would hear scratching in the walls, then one night found a new hole in her kitchen and something scurrying. Turns out there were rats living in the crawl space just above her flat. Tried to contact KPM via email and phone with no response.
She did the best she could to sort out the problem, but pest control said they couldn't do anything to properly finish off the job without getting access to the flat above first, which was unoccupied. Tried to contact KPM again, with the same luck as before. By this point, the sounds of the rats at night kept freaking out my sister, and by the time KPM got back to her original email, she had already cancelled the tenancy. Wouldn't rent with these guys.

I have been with KPM for 2 years now, and genuinely believe that they are the best letting agents in Glasgow. I appreciate that they have no hidden fees, and that they were able to find me a tenant for my property in a weeks time. They were able to get me a really cheap quote for a boiler replacement which I was very happy about. I have used other letting agents in the past, and have found them to be unreliable, so if you are looking for a genuine letting agents that will take care of your property, just give them a call.

I have been with kpm for 2 years now and have never had any issues. The start up and end of the tenancy was all very smooth. They have always been willing to help myself and my flatmates with anything that we needed. Nathaniel has been great at helping us with very quick maintenance any time we have encountered an issue. Chris has been especially helpful during my time as a tenant, he has always been quick to respond and has really put some effort into making sure we enjoyed our time with kpm.

I had a great experience with KPM. I rented a flat from them for around two years. Any issues with the flat were always sorted quickly and they gave plenty of notice for inspections. The processes of starting and ending the lease were both handled very professionally and efficiently. I would definitely rent from KPM again.
