I would like to point out the absolute opposite of a very unfair review posted recently. I had the pleasure of regularly having contact with both Alan and Sarah who are the most helpful agency I have ever rented with. Quite often, student-based agencies lack in communication and desire to help, but Student Circle have been brilliant the whole year that I was living in one of their properties in Coventry.
Whenever I had a query, Alan was always at the end of the phone to help and Sarah was the same. I also very much appreciate their integrity for following policies and procedures, and ensuring everything is followed fairly and according to the law. 10/10 would recommend Student Circle to any students looking for an agency that will look after them and have their best interests at heart. Thank you!

I do highly recommend Studentcircle especially to students who look for accommodation in Coventry area. Studentcircle (and staffs esp. Aidan) always provide great supports to make tenants fully comfortable staying at its property. Process of moving in and out were really simple. Its advertisement (pictures and descriptions) was exactly similar to the real conditions.
No extra fees to any requests or services e.g. a new light bulb etc. It is no exaggeration to say that this agent always provides property and services more than what the tenants have paid.

I have let my property with Studentcircle for a few years now and I have found them to be consistently excellent and extremely helpful. They ensure properties are let and maintained to a very high standard. The tradespeople they have recommended respond quickly and efficiently to jobs and repairs which is important for tenants.

Been using Studentcircle Lettings for 2 years now, and honestly the best student renting service I have encountered. Very professional and friendly staff who are there to help at any point without hesitation. They offer a very good range of properties at good prices and I would highly recommend them to anyone. You hear a lot about nightmare letting services but Studentcircle absolutely contradict this.
All the staff there are ready to lend a helping hand, I dealt closely with Aidan and he was absolutely fantastic and was always there to help and answer any questions we may have had.

My husband and I got a house in Coventry through Student Circle Lettings and we were really happy with the agency. Both Alan and Aidan were always available for us whenever we needed them for any house related issues. Our experience was great and they checked us out in a very professional manner, returning the deposit in just a few days! Great service, great people.

I rarely leave reviews, especially for letting agencies, as we all know how difficult it is to find a good one. Student Circle however have been fantastic from start to finish so much so that after renting my first house with them and it finishing, i didn't even consider looking to another agency and rented a second property with them the very next year.
I found dealing with them very quick and easy. They feel like a family organisation but with a very professional look and structure which meant I was always feeling like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend them to any student looking for a property in Coventry. I've been with 3 other agencies in this city and these guys are a big cut above the rest!

If he can't do it, NO ONE CAN!! In all seriousness, I have been using Student Circle for the last 2 years and will be going into my 3rd year of using their services. Alan and his team have been absolutely amazing and very patient with me during my house searches. If anything needs to be done, it's done promptly without any issues! Couldn't praise them enough! They are approachable and professional and will definitely recommend!

We chose StudentCircle for our final year house. The amount of flexibility and understanding regarding late payments etc was absolutely commendable. Many other companies would have hit us with many charges but they were always willing to be flexible with us when we made contact with a problem. I highly recommend them as a company that won't milk you for all the money that they can get and has a personal feel.

It was great having students circle as my letting agents. They are highly efficient in their work. I came from India and had no place to stay in Coventry and was helpless. I came in contact with them. They picked me up from the station arranged a viewing and i got a place to stay in a day. I thought that getting them fixed would be a nightmare. But, it was not so. They get the job done as fast as possible. Students are very busy with their studies and they don't want any hassle during their stay. I would recommend every off-campus student to have students circle as their letting agent. As landlords we have been very well supported by Student Circle. The service is efficient and we are always notified quickly if there is anything needed at our property so that tenants are not left struggling. Student Circle also help us to find replacement fixtures and fittings locally and reliable tradesmen when needed. They keep us fully informed with inventories and reports at check in and out as well as handling all communication with tenants. Tenants are found, references checked and signing in and out with great efficiency. All members of the team are friendly and helpful. In short - they've been great!
