I am truly impressed by the service provided by LettingaProperty.com! As a landlord, the change from a traditional agent made me anxious initially but there was always someone here to answer any questions and provide guidance in the letting process. The communication was great - I would always get responses to my emails within 24 hours which hardly ever happened with the high street agent! Ashleah professionally handled the admin side of things and made my life so much easier. I like the clear fee structure and find it fair too. I don't think I'd ever consider doing it any other way.

Being a first time landlord it sounded to good to be true. But I took the leap and I'm incredibly happy with the service provided and amazed at the value for money compared to high street agents. Very supportive, very professional and knowledgeable, and incredibly fast. 10 applications in the first 24 hours of advertising, and a tenant in within the same week as choosing them!

I cannot recommend Charlotte Dacuss highly enough. Being of a certain age and not really up with all the technology and being a first time online landlord, Charlotte was very generous with her time. I have enjoyed dealing with LettingaProperty.com. At first I was apprehensive as it is an online company, in the sense that I did not visit their offices, but I was impressed by the professional, courteous and attentive service. I dealt with James Russell who I give top marks, he was very organized and patient with his job, always kept me up to date, and was very easy to reach. Communication was stellar. I have chosen lettinga property.com because the prievious letting agency I used let me down (usual story the company got too big and customers no longer held a value individually) it was refreshing to see how 'On the ball' both James, Casey and the entire team dealing with mu account are - it took almost no time at all from beginning the process to having a tennant move in, they were very thorough in the relevant referencing & financial checks. Very efficient - was getting enquiries within an hour of submitting my advert. Charlotte (at the firm) checked over my copy and made some useful changes. Have all our properties loaded now, with photos, floor plans etc so just have to update copy and off we go. More expensive thean the firm I used to use (they went bust) but 149 allows me (a small independent) to compete on an even playing field with the national agencies.

I am so pleased with the service. James Russell was super helpful and always responded really quickly by text, phone or email, and sorted any questions and quick to get my listing up and running as soon as my property was ready to rent out. I found prospective tenants really liked the advert and they messaged me through lettingaproperty.com messaging board so I could phone them straight away.
It looks like I have found a perfect tenant already literally within hours and I am confident my complete package with lettingaproperty will keep everything running smoothly.

As a private landlord who has been letting a flat directly for many years, at first I was a little sceptical about signing up with a rental agency. I am glad I did. Letting a Property have a well organised process, reasonable fees, and use the services of specialist subcontractors to do photos, virtual tour, inventory list, to check prospective tenants' backgrounds, etc. True, I could have done all this myself yet again, but Letting a Property did all in an efficient and professional manner, saving me time and keeping me informed at all stages.
The staff are professional, responsive and very helpful. I would like to thank Shannon Hall for pushing things forward and organising an urgent appointment, and Helen Davis for preparing the contract, coordinating with the tenants and making sure that everything was complete in a very short period of time just before my leaving on holidays. It was a big help. For the quality of service, this was a worthwhile experience. Happy to recommend.

Shannon was extremely helpful. As a new landlord, I found the process easy and she was available to answer any questions I had. I found that doing viewings myself was very useful, as I was able to meet the tenants and talk to them about the property and their circumstances. As I had previously lived in the property, I was able to give extra information about what it's like to live there, which the tenants really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience.

I received an email from letting a property yesterday regarding rent arrears due to COVID19. I have been out of work since March and still not allowed back to work until hopefully July. I have paid more than half my rent (as much as I could afford) and agreed to pay back the arrears over the remaining tenancy term. However I received an email. yesterday stating I owe this month rent (which will be paid 29th) plus the arrears money and if no payment is made towards the rent arrears by 29th June then they have no alternative but to take legal action!
Absolutely disgusting! And the best part of the email was asking if any of my family or friends could help pay the arrears for me! I think you need to check government guidelines for evictions due to COVID19 as this can't go ahead until end August. as a letting agent this is absolutely disgusting and should not be allowed. I would never recommend or use you for any rental or property sale if this is how you treat people and think it's acceptable.
