Had Dankor Sales and Lettings find me a tenant and manage my property for me. I must say i was really impressed. I rang around the local agents who all seemed to offer a similar service and all taked the talk. So the deciding factor came down to fees for me. Dankor sales and lettings were by far the cheapest. Once we signed up they found us a tenant quickly and they are always very helpful when i need to speak to them. I would never use another agent.
