Did not carry out proper referencing on a tenant and as a result we ended up with her partner who moved in as well and he would not have passed any kind of referencing because of his dubious background and therefore would not have been considered by us as a tenant. Now stuck with her until the AST runs out despite promising to leave. Celtic have a very arrogant "it wasn't me" attitude and now the tenant is refusing to let my repair people in to carry out repairs. Either sell your house or use a company who are regulated.
