Anyone wanting to use this company.please turn around and walk away! Absolutely appalling services and behaviour. Promising everything, and pretending to care when I needed to get out of the house I was in at the time due to troubles with the landlords. They were fully aware of the stress I had been under, and promised i would be much happier in the new home. Agreed to do some major maintenance work, as the front and back doors were horrendous, and needed replacing.
The house was freezing, because the doors were allowing cold wind to flow through, and it was the middle of winter. I had my 4 year old son with me in the house.we both got sick because it was so cold, and I spent over 300 on gas alone in the 3 short months I lived there. They did not care at all. Kept saying they were trying to sort it our with the landlord.then when I had enough and said I was leaving, they admitted the landlord never wanted to change the doors! Disgusting people.
I had to involve the council, who sent out a housing standards officer to assess the home. They agreed with me that there were category 1 and category 2 hazards, that the agent had to fix in order for someone to live there comfortably, as is anyone's right to do so. Force ten still denied that they needed to do any work.made a few phone calls for people to come and look at issues, but again nothing was followed up by them.
While living there, I was often asked to source workmen for work, myself. I ended up having my grandparents gardener come and sort the gardens that were overgrown and had glass everywhere. They said this would be done BEFORE I moved in.it was not. Everything they said they would do, they never did. And now they are hounding me for money, and have requested my deposit from the DPS.
I have suffered much emotional, and financial stress due to this company and their immoral practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RIP YOU OFF.AND THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE A SINGLE PARENT AND STRUGGLING. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF THEIR ACTION, AND JUST PASS TENANTS BETWEEN THEMSELVES.PASSING THE BLAME. On the agreed day of checkout, I arrived at the office to hand the keys in, only to find out the man I was supposed to meet to do my check out wasnt even in the country!
And they denied me my lawful right to have until midnight to clear everything out of the house. They demanded I be done by 3.30 in the afternoon.when I am supposed to be picking up my son from school. Absolutely horrible people

Had a horrific time working with this company. They were there every step of the way getting us into our property, giving off the guise of professionalism on the surface, that they were hard working and would work with you along the way, told them about how we had previously had negligent landlords that wouldn't do their job and as soon as they got us in the property they stopped all work that had been agreed and started lying to us about work that they would do (they later admitted the landlord never had any intention of doing the work they were promising us), strung us along, getting quotes for work they had no intention of doing and then eventually just started ignoring our requests completely, had to get Doncaster council involved to force them to complete the work to bring the house to a bare standard of living, this took months and months of effort on our part and the whole time they were completely unsupportive.
Any work that was done had to be provided by us as there workmen never seemed to be available and would cancel after making appointments over and over again, then they would just get us to find and complete any work ourselves, THEY EVEN TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CHARGE US FOR THE WORK AFTER AGREEING TO PAY FOR IT! I would warn people to be very, very careful as a tenant, we always pay our bills and left the house in better condition than we moved into it, their loss to lose a good tenant, they basically made the house unliveable and completely ignored any problems raised by us.
They also ignored our basic requests for our landlords contact information which is our right to have, after asking for it 3-4 times we simply gave up and moved as it was very clear they had no intention of working professionally with us and just wanted our money for as little effort as possible. Makes me wonder how little they tell the landlords aswell about what happens at their properties as they definitely made an active effort to keep us out of the loop in our case.
Also to be clear, this is not a fake review atall, I am trying to point in experiences that seemingly a few other people have mentioned about this company, they get you in and then do as little as possible and even lie to you to keep you there. I have first hand experience of this company doing exactly what I have mentioned above, over and over again.

Force 10 made it all possible - My first review 9.6! I own several properties in Doncaster - the challenge was that 1 of them was a serviced apartment which needed a management team to provide a professional and dedicated service - with clients staying one or more days the property requires cleaning throughout - including linens and towels. Before meeting Force 10 the apartment was being managed by a team without the necessary resource to clean and prepare the property - leading to some poor reviews which can kill the online demand.
Just had my first review under Force 10 - a whooping 9.6 (out of 10) - Wow - I could not be happier! A big shout out to Ovidu, John and Stephen - I am very demanding yet nothing is too much for these guys! Sean

As a tenant of a business property I have found Force 10 to be extremely professional and competent. Any issues I've raised have been quickly passed to the Landlord for resolution and if needed have been chased. I found them to be efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them & should I need to move into bigger premises at any time in the future I would not hesitate to speak to them first.

I have nothing but praise for the work Ovidiu and his team do. The level of service is second to none in my opinion and that comes from the experience of dealing with nearly all of the letting agents in the Lincolnshire area. He is pro-active and always comes to us with solutions rather then problems. This is ideal as being in the military I am rarely anywhere near either house to deal with issues myself!
I personally recommend Force 10 and Ovidiu to any of my colleges that are thinking of renting out houses because of his fantastic work and I know that they will not disappoint.

Since using Force 10 Property our Industrial Estate has gone from strength to strength and we have the luxury of now having a full site comprising of 24 units. Your service was great and professional in all aspects - from your professional way of managing your landlord's property by making sure all the I's were dotted and the t's crossed I was impressed at how thorough you were in both researching the tenant and the guarantor! Not only that but you were caring about the tenant and what was best for him and kept him in touch with any new properties that were coming on the market. All in all an excellent service all round and would willingly promote you to anyone either looking to rent or in need of the services of a good property management company.

The service I have received from Force 10 has been first class. My house was quickly on the market and let, and I have been very pleased with the property management service Force 10 have provided. My house needed some upgrading work, and John and the team have arranged for decoration to be done, a new boiler fitted and an old garage replaced. The whole process has been worry free for me and my tenant.
