Founded in 2002 by David Wheater LLB (Hons) Dip LP the firm has a wide range of experience in Property Law, Landlord & Tenant Law, property maintenance/refurbishment and management.

The firm restricts the number of properties it manages in order to ensure that its properties are extremely well managed and that landlords and tenants receive a truly excellent service. The firms guiding principle is to care for properties as their own. Members of Landlord Accreditation Scotland (LAS), Edinburgh Landlord Acreditation (ELA) and the Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL).
