Had misfortune of renting from company. When moved in I was angry that they had not removed large amount of rubbish in back yard or removed filthy bed that I requested be removed before moving in. Tv plug sockets did not work, phoned Alphalet then electrician rang said already been to look at this with previous tenant but it was not fixed. When I asked for this to be fixed I was ignored.

Gas fire did not work and some radiators didn't again not fixed. Soot spewing from chimneys not cleared causing child's asthma to become really bad. Broke my ankle on very steep stairs when requested for hand rail to be fitted on stairs to help me get up them I was again fobbed off. By this point I wanted to just leave so I did. Then they withheld part of deposit with no reason given so had to go through legal channels to get that back. Be careful about let agency you choose. But my advice avoid this one.
