I am with the company since 2017, they help to manage my letting property. They helped me a lot when I hed problem with my tenans, I really appreciate their services, thank you!

I found a property advert on RightMove and used the contact form to request a viewing. I was then sent to an 'Online Portal' to book which I did. (All of this was done within minutes of the property going online). The day of the viewing, I received a notification that the landlord needs to rearrange for another week. Okay I guess, but then the next day I received a notification that the landlord had 'let the property'.

Many reviews seem to indicate that this is a problem for a lot of people, and based on my experience I haven't seen a single thing to suggest this website is even the real deal. Will be avoiding any listings from MakeUrMove in the future.

This company has come up trumps. My new tenants accidently paid the rent and deposit to them instead of me. Not only did they respond quickly when alerted to the problem but refunded the money so quickly it was hardly missed! Thank you to an honest and professional company. Beth you were excellent. Alex you are doing a grand job. All the very best.

I had good feeling about them but at the end - another unprofessional agency. I've arranged viewing for saturday which was confirmed. First of all did not get a proper address which Ive ignored becouse they provide post code. When I got to the place it wasnt clear which property it is. After calling dozens times to the agent and agency i had to give up as I wasted time waiting for him. In conslusion, didnt get a proper service wasted my time and noone even tried to contact me in order to resolve it

I am a landlord and have a small portfolio of rental properties that I manage myself. I have used MakeurMove to market my properties for new tenants and have been using them for four years now. I could not fault the service I receive from them.every time. From the moment I re-market the property to the receiving of references I have found the service exceptional.

The text messaging appointment service is what I like best and works really well for me. If I do need to speak to anyone, which is rarely, I find that they are working in my best interest at all times. Practically all communication is backed up by email or logging onto the website, which means I can do this anywhere and at any time that is convenient to me. I have recommended MakeurMove to several friends now and will keep on using their services in the future.

I've used Makeurmove 4 times now to find tenants for my properties and the service has always been excellent. I've been so impressed that I've recommended them to other landlords many times. My tenants all seem to have had excellent service too.

I used makeurmove to rent out our 4 bedroom house successfully. It turned out to be really efficient and professional. The tenants also said that they loved the speed and the professionalism. You are always aware what the status of the process is. They explain you everything really well. Whenever I had a question or a problem someone took care of it immediately. I also liked the fact that I had one dedicated person who was responsible for our house and who was always there to give valuable advise. I can definitely recommend them.

I've been with makeurmove for a good few years now and they support me with two properties I let out. Having worked with them during this time I feel qualified to offer feedback on the service they provide. I openly recommend them to anyone I know thinking about renting a property. The web service is clean, clear and allows me to keep track of where things are.

The service when you call is equally good and friendly. I haven't had any issues with the marketing of the properties and all the paperwork is taken care of and electronically stored and managed. I have used Estate Agents in the past and have been more than disappointed and frustrated with their offerings, knowledge and general care towards me as a customer.

I genuinely can't speak highly enough of their services and I would challenge anyone to find a better balance of cost and quality when renting out their property. 5 stars all the way, without hesitation.

The worst service you can ever expect. We used this organisation to let our property out and all we got was poor and inconsitent information. In the end, I advertised our property myself and it was let out within 1 week. I have requested my keys back from these people 9x and still they have failed! Please avoid this organisation. A complete bunch of failures and worst of all, there agents who advertise the properties are cowboys! AVOID AVOID!

Was really impressed with their services until I decided to help my uncle rent his house. They had to create a separate account for him, along with a landlord account for me, overwriting my old account. I logged into the wrong account, changed the details by mistake and they have since closed both my accounts. Shame really, as i did like them. The website is nice, but it didnt register i can only do viewings mon-fri, so proceeded to book them all on a saturday! Makeurmove refused to give me a refernce number to allow me to leave feedback on trustpilot, citing the reason that i had not completed a paid service. NB: There are views on trust pilot from those who have had a bad experience, who are unlikely to have purchased a paid service too.
