I've been letting with several agents, Key Lettings in Bristol is one of the worst agent i've encountered. They are nice to you but once you signed the contract then when you will see their 'true colours'.
1) There was a big hole on the other side of the mattress (of course it was hidden very well when i viewed the house). I informed the agent about the problem back in May 2010.
Nothing has been done over a year and that left me no other choice but to contact the landlord. The landlord responded very well and our problem solved within 2 weeks. I can't believed that i have to wait for over 1 year and 3 months to replace the mattress. Not to mention that i had to endure all the shouting and threats from the agent (who is the director of 3 ppl company)
2) I decided to move out of the property.
This is the second time people turn up to my property without any notice. By law i should be informed 24 hours in advance. I was lucky to be at home to discover all this otherwise i have no idea at all! This is how cheap and low they can be. Please please avoid Key Lettings at all cost. Www.keyletsonline.co.uk
