I wish I could give 10 stars to Oliver Maynard at Pure Estate Agents. Having sold my home via another estate agent, I bought my new one via Pure. Oliver was kind, polite and helpful from the start and went on to do a lot of work down the chain to try to ensure it went smoothly. He went over and above what normally might be expected and was also very supportive when I started to buckle under the stress. I don't think I'll move again but if I do I will make Pure Estate Agents and Oliver Maynard my first port of call.

We are professional landlords. Over the past year we have sold and let properties through Nathan and his team at Pure Estate Agents. One of the properties was "out of area" because we felt that we would receive a better service than an anonymous agent local to the property. In spite of inept indolent solicitors the sale went through purely because of the Pure teams attention to detail and tenacity. Our rentals have all been carried out with exactly the same degree of professional and accuracy. I cannot recommend this team enough.

Nathan and his team are excellent. The purchase of the property had to be done via correspondence, this posed no issue for the team at PURE. In fact, they made it the easiest transaction I've ever encountered. From sourcing, virtual tours, customer communications, negotiations and closing the deal, the other flagship estate agents will need to up their game to compete with PURE Estate Agents. We were going through a rather lengthy purchase, but highly impressed by the service provided by Nathan. He is very helpful and quickly responds to queries; the latter, in our experience, is an especially rare virtue in property dealing as usually emails/phone calls often go unresponded for days. But Nathan always kept us updated with the status, and promptly responded to any queries/requests.
