A disappointed customer

Envisage are excellent at charging high fees and being as unhelpful and unpleasant as possible. From the first day we moved in it was a nightmare; broken furniture left in bedrooms, Wi-Fi that did not work and it seemed no one had even bothered to enter the property since the previous tenants left. To make things worse, throughout the year they were incredibly hard to contact to fix these issues.
If you were ever lucky enough to get through, the issue would take a minimum of a few weeks to be resolved, or they would simply refuse to believe there was an issue and send a patronising and sarcastic reply, further delaying the process. When viewings were conducted for future tenants, 24 hours noticed had to be given prior to the visit. This was ignored (unsurprisingly) on more than one occasion, intrude unannounced, leaving the front door wide open behind them leaving us feeling unsafe.
Bedroom doors were also not re-locked afterwards. Finally, we had an issue with our boiler, so we contacted envisage about the problem hoping they would send someone to fix it. However, they replied ‘just google it’, ending the experience as it started – horribly. They feel as though they can get away with doing the bare minimum whilst expecting a lot in return, taking advantage of students and providing a disappointing experience of our final at university. I could write plenty more on this nightmare of a year with them, however, I think the other reviews speak for themselves. Awful year.

Envisage is a dodgy agency who charge ridiculously high fees and are very hard to deal with. They are unprofessional and lazy as they fail to explain the whole process to you.
Harbinder Shergill was our agent and rushed us through the whole process of finding suitable student accommodation. He pressurised us into paying the agency fee as soon as possible failing to mention that the agency fee (J160) is non-refundable and did not offer us the contract to read through beforehand.
He also wanted us to pay the agency fee in cash which is very dodgy as you would expect it to be a bank transfer so that everything is on record. When my dad called asking to read the contract he called me complaining to me about how 'rude' my Dad was and that he was going to refuse to pick up my Dad's calls, which is very unprofessional. He then threatened to not rent the house to us. In the end we decided no to rent the property which I am so glad.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Went out of their way to show me around more than once to show me and my friends around the house. The process was dealt with in a highly professional manner, and they did everything they could to make sure all of our needs were met. Louise has been brilliant in helping finalise the details for the house, I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent! I would highly recommend them for any students looking to find a student property.

We are renting a property through Envisage lettings& are moving in Saturday. We've had no problems and they have been very helpful & professional. We don't have a bad word to say. Especially Louise Findlay who has always been there if we have questions & sorted everything for us as soon as possible. She's made this experience a whole lot easier & much less stressful plus always being really friendly & kind. So thank you Louise!

Envisage have been helpful from start to finish. I received market appraisals from several Coventry estate agents. Envisage offered me the best rate of all the agents. However this was not the deciding factor in choosing them to sell my house. The reason I choose Envisage was because they were the most prepared for the valuation, the most friendly and offered the best advise. Pete came to value the house and was very helpful and honest. Kabir has dealt with the sale and been brilliant, he kept me informed and helped me to get the best price possible. I accepted an offer just over a week after the property went on the market. Huge thanks to all at Envisage. I highly recommend.
