Prima Lettings

I have been using Prima Lettings for nearly 10 years, and am continually impressed with their efficient and personalised service. I am often overseas and they handle any low level issues in house and provide clear guidance on major updates.

When I came to rent out my property in 2010, I compared four different letting agencies in Birmingham. I chose Prima because they were professional, friendly and cost effective. I made the right choice and have no regrets that I chose Prima over other, 'big name' letting companies in Birmingham. Over the years they have replaced items for me, provided me with reports on the state of the property and found me good tenants. Prima have always made sure boiler checks etc are carried out and that my tenancy is legal.

Prima helped me when my property was damaged a couple of years ago, above and beyond what was really expected of them and I was grateful for their assistance. I have had a really good experience with Prima and cannot recommend them enough!

I have been using Prima for a very long time now and I would never move. Their service is so much better than others. As an experienced landlord I had come across so many bad agents (all very big high st agents), and could not recommend Prima highly.

I have never had any trouble with this company. Anything I needed, they sorted it out for me and I couldn't rate them high enough. They gave me my deposit back, although I did pay my rent on time and look after the property with no damage etc
This was my first time moving out of my parents house and I was really nervous, but they always kept an eye on me and made sure I was ok with everything. Even took me to the vets when cat was ill, when they came for a visit and my car broke down. Really nice people and I hope to stay in contact with them :)

We have multiple lets and our company has used Prima Lettings for many years. They provide excellent service and go that extra mile. We have many long term tenants which reflects our attitude to maintaining good lets and Prima always being very helpful and responsive. We would recommend them.
