As specialists, we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of Landlords and Tenants and, unlike estate agents our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages.
At Homes4Let we are more personal. We maintain a flexible attitude, and can adapt our service to meet your individual circumstances and needs. We understand that in many cases, your rental investment may once have been your home. That means it is even more important for us to find a tenant who will look after the property just as well as you did.
We let and manage furnished and unfurnished flats and houses. Although our stock changes daily you should contact us for current availability or to register your requirements. All of our properties are given a Property Inspection before you move in. All properties will have a Gas safety Inspection where applicable and a EICR (electrical Certificate) and will comply with all the current legalisation that is required for you to Let a property. Security deposits are held in a designated Client Account in accordance with recommended practice.
Client Money Protection is a scheme that provides compensation for landlords and tenants when rogue agents misuse or misappropriate their rent, security deposits or any other client funds. If you are currently a landlord with Homes4Let Property Services Ltd there is no need to worry, we are a proud member of ARLA Propertymark which means your money is protected and if anything should go wrong, our landlords can make a claim and ARLA Propertymark will arrange a reimbursement.Being members of ARLA Property mark means we meet higher industry standards than the law demands.

Zoe has been impressive from day one. It was our first time as tenants and she has made the process smooth and easy. She has been approachable and efficient for any matter, funny and smiling but also determined to sort things out when needed. I Met Zoe under circumstances that an apartment had just been let that i was after on the Harbour. Zoe has looked after our property since 2008 and during that time we have had no problems that she has not resolved promptly and efficiently. She has a great sense of humour and liaises very well with both tenants and landlords. Zoe has a good list of maintenance companies and always manages to get someone to the property quickly if the need arises. Great agent.

Zoe has managed our rental property for over 10 years now and we have always found her friendly and easy to deal with. From the outset Zoe was completely professional, giving advice and assurance on how to proceed with letting our property. She was able to provide and organise all the necessary qualified tradespeople to carry out the work required before letting out the property, a real bonus as we are not local to Eastbourne. We have complete trust in her ability to look after the property, the tenants and ourselves as the landlord. Highly recommend her services to either new or existing landlords.
