This company is terrible - they are not registered with ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents), nor with the National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS), which are both recognised professional industry standards. It's easy to see why: this company has no professional standards. I've had problems with tennants and they bury their heads in the sand, cancelling meetings and ignoring calls and emails.
They are rude, inconsistent and frankly just lie to get out of tricky situations. Rather than dealing with the situation for me, they have just ignored me and ignored me - and advised me to sort it out myself. And all this time they are receiving a fee for providing the most diabolical service ever. From a landlord's point of view, do not use them. If you're a dodgy tennant however, I'd definitely go for it - they'll never be bothered to contact you so you'll have a pretty easy ride.
