I wouldn't sell with anybody else. Somebody recommended me to sapphire and I am so grateful they did. From day one of getting in touch with them everything has been so professional yet friendly, sometimes it's hard to find a company who will keep you updated along the way, give advice as though you were family, always respond to emails, find things out and do a lot of chasing for you but Holly and Sapphire did this without asking. Holly was amazing, she made everything seem like no trouble at all, she's a credit to the company. Thanks again to everyone at Sapphire for helping us move house!

For the past year I have been living in a houseshare, rented via Sapphire Homes. I have been impressed with their professional service, helpful team members and responsiveness to any issues/ queries. Any problems (e.g hot water, boiler, locked keys etc) were dealt with quickly, even when out of hours. Luckily have had no issues with tenants who are all very nice - however this can be hit or miss! Would recommend Sapphire Homes to anyone in Wigan as the quality of service is excellent.

Greedy, horrible and patronising letting agents who prioritise landlords interests over anything else. If your a landlord looking to exploit a tenants privacy then consider using sapphire homes to manage your properties, otherwise avoid!!

Uninterested when I asked a previous landlord to not have CCTV facing my entry on a property I rented as I didn't have access to the recordings, requests were not met and done anyway.

Also uninterested when I informed them I'd been contacted by my provider to have my internet line taken over by another tenant (landlords family member) simply asked to inform them to have their own put in, again uninterested and was forced to WFH during pandemic using 4G WiFi routers at a cost of £105 a month to myself.

Owners in particular are unbearable people to deal with.

Amazing company to deal with, the staff are all very professional. We have bought properties via sapphire homes and we also rent properties with them. I can honestly say their knowledge of the rental and sales market is second to none. Any queries are addressed immediately and unlike other sales/letting agencies they keep you updated on the progress of your sale frequently.

Brilliant from start to finish! Karen, Paul and all of the team at Sapphire kept me well informed and gave me fantastic advice and support throughout selling a property during a pandemic. All of the processes were COVID secure and the valuation and price I got were absolutely spot on and in keeping with the higher end of the property market.

Sold 2 properties recently with Sapphire homes, much cheaper than others, fixed price, but dont be fooled you still get an amazing service, constant updates nothing too much trouble, very friendly . Would highly recommend.

Recently spoke to Paul about the sale of my property. He very quickly arranged pictures to be done which Daniel came and took, and the property was uploaded for marketing straight away. Had 2 viewings already and now mulling over an offer that was received.
