Kate specialises in the accounting side of the business but has a hands-on approach to all aspects of the business. Kate has been with Ark Residential Lettings for 13 years and works to ensure the smooth running of the office.

We have used Ark Residential for the past 2+ years and have always been really happy with the service they have provided us. As we don't live close to the property that we rent out with them, we rely on Ark to find suitable tenants and deal with any issues as and when they arrive. Probably the best letting agency in East Sussex. After having some bad experiences with various agencies in London/Brighton I was relieved having to deal with the agency that works like every agency should work - customer service at its finest. Very professional, responsive knowledgeable and effective team of people. I haven't been let down at any stage since moving to my new property and any request I have made has been dealt quickly. Highly recommending, talking from my own recent experience. 10 out of 10.

We have recently moved into a new flat with Ark and have been thoroughly impressed throughout. Ark made every step of the process straight forward and easy, which is appreciated amidst the hassle of a move. Ark have also been very quick to answer our questions and queries since moving in. We arrived in the UK at a very tumultuous time in the world considering Covid and an upcoming lockdown. Prospects of finding a rental property were looking incredibly bleak. Enter Holly and her helpful, can-do attitude. She was amazing and very professional in every aspect. She managed to find a house within our budget (which in itself was no small miracle) and handled every aspect of negotiation with the owner on our behalf.
She too assisted with all the utilities changeover, taking care of any potential stressors before they arose. We cannot recommend Holly's services highly enough. Thank you Holly and Ark Residential!
