We have moved twice in 19 years and used Merrys both times, each time receiving the same excellent service. On this occasion we gave Colin our brief and he went above and beyond to fulfil it, selling our house within days of it going on the market. Communication was brilliant start to finish The whole team were very helpful and prompt with responses, We would highly recommend their service.

I bought 2 rental properties through Steve over 10 years ago, and he and Jackie have managed these along with another two I own during this time. Jackie is always very willing to help sort out any problems with the properties and recommend the right tradesman for the job. If I ever contact them, they are always quick to respond and helpful with my query.
When a tenant has vacated one of my properties, Jackie is always very quick at finding a suitable replacement. Luckily this is not very often, as the quality of the tenants they find are of a good quality and normally want a long term home. I would not hesitate to recommend them either for buying or letting a property.

Steve Casey was great. He was proactive in finding a buyer for our property and then when we lost our first buyer had us 'STC' again with a new buyer in less than 24 hours. He then co-ordinated and kept the momentum going with a pretty complex chain of 5 - always keeping us updated as to where we were at. Highly reccommended!
