Arthur was excellent with every part of the survey. We required a quick turn around as the sale progression was moving quickly and we wanted to make sure it was a good investment. He was happy to meet us outside the property directly after the survey and give us the key points of his survey whilst waiting for the report to come through. I contacted Arthur and he came out the same day to value our property which has a help to buy loan. Arthur was very fair with his valuation and the report arrived promptly within the timescale that he promised. I have recently purchased a 3 bedroom property after using the services of Arthur Bletchly of Bvalued Ltd. I required the survey at short notice and having read the reviews contacted Bvalued immediately. I was booked in to complete the survey within a few days of contact. The survey was very thorough and detailed, highlighting a number of issues and recommendations on how to go forward with the purchase.I also met Arthur at the property and he pointed out the issues highlighted before he left and issued the report.

I raised the issues with the vendor and they then forwarded paperwork/guarantees to clarify concerns and I was able to reduce the asking price. A 5 star service, very reliable and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend and use again.
