Selling a property can be scary and fraught with challenges - it's generally known as one of the most stressful processes to go through. However, with FleetMilne, it doesn't need to be. We can help you to sell your property quickly and seamlessly, making it a straightforward and pleasant experience.
Interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England's annual % rate for each day that the payment is outstanding. This is in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. You will be liable for rent until your original vacate date or until a new tenant moves in, whichever is sooner. You will also be charged any financial loss that the landlord will suffer in permitting the early termination, or the reasonable costs incurred by the agent for arranging an early termination of a tenancy.1 month's rent plus VAT (plus 110 inventory revision fee).

I worked with one of their agents for a few months during my apartment search in Birmingham. He was one of the most responsive and understanding agents as we worked through the process of finding and locking down a place for my two friends and I to live. Nicola and her team provide an extremely high quality service. We have been letting with FleetMilne for almost 3 years now and throughout that time I have received faultless service as a landlord. I rented with Fleetmilne for 1 and a half years and thoroughly enjoyed it. Issues were resolved really quickly, the whole tenancy has been made really easy and big up to the landlord at Kenyon Forge and the building management team. Avoid this agency for your peace of mind. Every single response from them is provocative, 0 Understanding, 0 Communication, 0 Manners, all they care about is money and whats ironic is its you would think that they are the ones covering the rent on your behalf from the way they write to you. Very bad agency such a shame I can't rate it with 0 stars

After 6months we've finally got our deposit back. I originally thought I'd type out a long review warning people about fleetmilne and their picky habits on checkout but I've run out of energy. Simply put, clean your house very thoroughly and take lots and lots of photos. If your experience is anything like mine, expect to have to fight for your deposit as they will try and charge you for every tiny change to the property. Good luck, you're going to need it.

If there is a 0 star, i would definitely not give it an extra star. This agency would get unfriendly and racist by the time you paid your rent and deposit. When problems were reported to them, they often throw it to another department, and blame it back onto us. One thing that I found that was most ridiculous is that, if they know you are an overseas student, they would ABUSE EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY THEY CAN TAKE FROM YOU, AND TREAT YOU LIKE A 10 YEARS OLD KIDS THAT THEY KNOW YOU HAVE NO RESISTANCE TO THEM. We are paying an enormous amount of money to live in an apartment during term time, we don't deserve to be treated like MONKEYS IN THE ZOO.

We were asked to vacate our property two weeks earlier than planned, as we had found a new place and FleetMilne had new tenants who wanted to move in before we left on our contract end date. FleetMilne asked for the keys back 8 days before, the 20th, because they were closed over xmas for a few days, and that due to this we'd still have to pay the rent until the 28th when the new tenant moved in.
So we'd have paid over 300 for an appartment that we can not get access to, and because FleetMilne were closed, even though they asked us to vacate earlier. You are asked if it is ok for them to come round and inspect or show propective tenants round. When you say no, like i did, i had a telephone interview at that time. They say Its ok, we wont be long, you wont know were there Whats the point of even asking?
I had to do my telephone interview on the bench in the front of the building. Meant to be managed, asked to get our sauna repaired and they just told me to contact the mangement company they use, so i co-ordinated the repair of a sauna, athough Dave is exceptional with repairs inside teh flat. I have used Fleetmilne twice now, the 1st time was excellent, the 2nd time, was horrendous The reason we left was FleetMilne. I will never use them again.
