If I could give this company zero stars I really would! I find it completely and utterly disgusting that they are comfortable enough to allow me and my kids to suffer with a faulty boiler for 3 and a half weeks! They don't care about the property or the people in it. They are definitely a false representation of "property managers" or whatever they call themselves.

We've dealt with a few estate agents/letting agents in our time and Finefair is by far the most responsive and friendly, at first it was hard to reach them as they are very busy but nothing has been too much trouble for them. Particularly our dealings with Jay, who has been nothing but professional and helpful! The check in process, inventory and tenancy agreement has been easy to do,

With many years experience in the property industry, I have encountered many letting agents over the years both occasionally good and more often very very bad, but none have come close to the exceptional level of service I have received - as a landlord - from Jay and the rest of the team at Finefair. Excellent Service from the Finefair Team. From the get go, they were very helpful in explaining the lettings process, very open and clear in relation to the service provisions in place.
