I had a house viewing booked in for half 1. I had arrived 5 minutes early, and proceeded to wait until quarter to before calling the offices to see what was going on.

After 45 minutes of waiting outside in the cold, 3 phone calls with excuses, as well as thinking she was showing me a different house, I gave up and went home.

I usually never leave reviews, but I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional manner. If this is how house viewings are dealt with, I daren't think what it's like having them manage a property I was renting. I quickly cancelled any other viewings I had tried to arrange.

Great experience renting with Bergins Always professional and on hand to answer any questions we had. Very responsive with emails and returning calls which made us feel at ease at what can be a stressful time! Amanda the manager at Bergins has been amazing very person centred and worked with us all the way from viewings to signing and getting the keys. Mike and Lydia are also great to deal with can’t recommend the team enough

Highly recommended! Bergins Estate Agents looked after the sale of my property in the most efficient way possible. The process was quick and painless. Mike is very professional and responsive and handled every step of the sale brilliantly. I purchased and sold properties before and it's never been so easy. He also recommended me a solicitor who contributed to expedite the sale and they were in touch all the time. I would definitely use Bergins Estate Agents again and would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a hassle free process.

Northernden office are never responsive. Also the manager is speaking rudely to clients. Amanda is never in the office at all office timings, She is always in hurry and busy in her own private work. She have no solutions for a clients problem and when it's already stressful while moving she creates more stress by delaying the work.

Recently placed a property up for sale in the Stretford area with Bergins Estate Agents. Can't fault them at all. Mike attended at the agreed time and was very positive about selling at the price I wanted. He kept his side of the bargain and sold the property within a few days. I found Mike to be very professional in his dealings with me and also kept me in the loop with all that was going on.

There were a couple of issues which he quickly put right despite it not being his responsibility. The whole experience went very smoothly and after the initial mountain of solicitors paperwork, I just sat back and let this company conclude the deal. I would definitely recommend Mike and his team.

I have rented from Amanda and her team for over 3 years and can honestly say they have been great to deal with. They respond to maintenance issues promptly, are friendly and efficient and have made the whole experience positive. Unfortunately I have had to leave to relocate with work and I am only sorry that they do not cover the Yorkshire area. If I return to Manchester I shall certainly be back in touch!

Horrendous experience with this agency regarding a property to let. STAY AWAY. The agent showing the property could not answer our questions and asked us to call the manager. Amanda (manager) at the agency was extremely rude and called my wife a liar after being informed that the rear door was broken and needed to be fixed. She refused to acknowledge that this was a problem.

She was very rude when answering questions and did not give complete answers. Not sure how this agency operates if the manager behaves in this infantile manner. Not worth the stress or money.

Dear Tony and Mike I just had to write to say thank you once again for everything you have done for us. The thought of having to sell my late fathers house was filling me with absolute dread, having never bought or sold a property before I didn't know where to start.
