We've rented a property in Bridgwater through Bennett Residential for a couple of decades now and have been very happy with the service throughout. We've always found Andy and the team to be very professional, courteous and helpful. Repair requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. As a landlord I cannot fault the work of Bennetts. They take good care of the property, are excellent at finding people to occupy the house, and communicate well with the landlord. I would recommend them to anyone looking to let their property.

Andy and his brilliant team have been letting my properties for around 15 years. Although tenants have changed I cannot recall either house being vacant for more than a few days. Tenants have been vetted and we have never lost rent. Tax forms are easy to submit with the comprehensive annual financial summary. Properties are inspected and repairs conducted at very reasonable costs.

When we expanded to two properties Andy provided superb advice about where to purchase in Taunton. Their service is quite simply outstanding. Completely trustworthy and they have made our venture on the property market very straight forward.
