Walton Robinson are a lettings and estate agency based in the iconic Bruce Building in the heart of Newcastle City Centre. Very professional well-trained team. I have never seen an estate agent finding a tenant for my property in such a short time. Very quick! The staff are very friendly. Kyle, Yan, Lucie.all good. They appear to know what I, as a landlord, worry about and how to deal with it. If my prospective tenant pay the rent on time, it would be a perfect decision letting the property through Walton Robinson.

Atrocious, I have used them two times and both times there were issues from the start. The second time was honestly horrendous, they made so many shocking mistakes and took no responsibility. Communication was like talking to a wall, they ignored, misread and misunderstood so many emails. To resolve basic issues it took over 50 emails, I had to repeat myself so many times over so many weeks.

Could never recommend to anyone, the stressfulness of your tenancy will not be worth it. They are very good before a contract is signed but after this is done they lose all their efficiency and display near zero management skills. I experienced many issues with cleaning, safety and communication. Multiple times after being declared as "professionally cleaned" the place was filthy, door was left open by maintenance and communication as mentioned is just not possible. There are honestly to many issues to mention all of which very in severity but the amount is just not worth it. If possible choose another real estate agent.

I have contacted them 5 months before my tenancy end to ask them to extend my contract, they have let me know that they have already agreed with a third party to let the place that I called home 10 months before my tenancy end with no heads up or a notice.

(Not a current tenant) but my girlfriend and I were looking for a place to move in and considered Walton Robinson. First of all, the agent was late to the viewing and the agent did not even have the correct keys for the building. Secondly, it doesn't seem like the current tenant even knew that we were coming for a viewing, it made the situation so awkward to go inside someone's home without them knowing!

The second property that they went to, the tenant was not there thankfully, however, it does not seem like that tenant was notified of the viewing too since huge sum of money was left on the table out in the open. The agent seemed like she did not know much of the houses since she herself was confused as to where it was! All in all, does not seem like a professional company and we definitely would not recommend anyone to proceed with them and we are glad that we did not.

Bought a flat through Walton Robinson and I have had an extremely positive experience. It would have been unlikely the sale would have even gotten over the line if it wasn't for Chris Wilkin going above and beyond in order to help us out. Great communication, quick and efficient, really appreciate the effort made in order to keep the sale on track and as smooth as possible.

WARNING FURTURE CUSTOMER. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE. Move in on the 21/9 and today is 9/10. The house look amazing online but the real state of the house is horrible. Have only fixed some light bulbs and the cupboard in the kitchen. But the light bulb fixed is also now broken again. First is the toilet: The toilet is broken but was argue that it is working fine and cannot be fixed.

Make horrible sound throughout the night. THIS IS SOUND POLLUTION. There is also a hole in the bathtub right in the spot where you can walk in which is so sharp can cut your foot open. Second is the kitchen: The kitchen top has a huge hole. The fridge has no shelf. Have been promise to order new shelf and still zero reply from both the agent and the contractor.

Third is the bedroom: The wall have disgusting yellow stain. Hole in the wall as well. The mattress was in horrible shape, I insist to buy a new but also promise to buy for me instead. However, still no reply. Last is customer support: All this was mention numerous of times but still so little work have been done. Slow reply. The person who I work with before left without any notice to the customer and their colleagues.

Therefore I was emailing a person who do not work there anymore and calling an answering machines. I have walk into the company to talked to them. Promise to email back after and still zero email back. OVERALL, I COULD NOT HAVE A WORST EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PROVIDING THE WORST HOUSE TO LIVE AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Told us a few months after signing for utility bills we couldn't use that due to the type of meter. When finding the right package for our gas and electricity it told us we had a top up meter, something that was never disclosed when signing for the property. They still don't know where it is even though I'm moving into the property tomorrow. rang yesterday and they said they'd email me, they didn't, rang today they said they'd call back at 2pm & it's now 5pm. Our tenancy started 3 days ago and still yet to send our inventory as promised. Genuinely awful customer service.

Borderline theft, I got charged 90 per day for overstaying my tencey because I had covid and was bed bound, I had the choice of either breaking the law and be fined and but other and risk or pay a total of 450, additionally almost all of our deposit got taken, 240 of which cause the roof was almost caving in with pain coming off from repairs they did not acknowledge needed being done when we reported it, and petty things like charging 12 for having to retire light bulb cords. Unhelpful staff DON'T GO THERE

If I could give them a zero, i would! Non professionals which do not attend to your needs and their customer service is horrible. To add to all that i was out of town when they had one of their viewings-as i am leaving them obviously!- and the agent did not lock the door! The property was unsafe for 4 days. The agents obviously did everything in their power to tell me that this was not them and the property was locked and that i was in the wrong.

When i told them that this means i had a break in the they did not seem to care so much about it. They said that the viewing was cancelled but there were 3 that week and one obviously took place, the agent admitted so on the call. Criminal at least! Would not recommend it to my worst enemy!

!STUDENTS DO NOT USE! We have lived in a Walton Robinson property for three years, the only reason we stayed was that sadly the flat layout and space was the best we could find to suit our needs. They have let themselves into our property without authorization and communication on more than one occasion. When we rang and made complaints about this they claimed that they had emailed us and there must have been an issue with the emails, if this was the cause then why not fix it to stop the problem reoccurring?

When we made complaints regarding the maintenance they were never taken seriously even after people had been out to view the issue. this being that the sealant around the bath had come loose and the bath was not attached to the wall properly causing leaks to the property. we consistently raised this issue for the duration of our three years stay and to our knowledge they have letted the property out again without fixing the issue.

Please bear in mind if you try top contact them your property supervisor will never be in the office and "they will call you back", however, we have never received a call back when promised. Please do not use this company when looking to rent somewhere and house owners please do not use this company when looking to let our your homes.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Don't normally write reviews. I would recommend NOT using this agent. Poor communication throughout. Added payments that were not in agreement. Overall, a bunch of shysters. Please avoid if you can.

If you want to experience a hostile, crumbling property filled with a mysterious and threatening mold, Resident Evil 7 released to universal acclaim and can be picked up at excellent prices on the second hand market. Renting with Walton Robinson isn't a videogame though, so while you'll get a comperable feeling of dread and unease, you can wave goodbye to that deposit and perhaps even your respiratory health. Walton Robinson Estate Agents are also universally acclaimed. by landlords, renting out the bleakest possible housing for the highest possible price. Everyone else is dropping one star reviews. AVOID!

Not long after moving into the property managed by this agency, damp began to appear on the wall behind a light switch (probably due to a pipe and definitely was no fault of ours). This was reported to the agency on multiple occasions but never fixed, they then charged us for this after leaving the property. This was unacceptable and was due to no fault of our own, would never and have never gone through this agency since.
