I've used 1-2-Let to manage my flat in Glasgow after I moved abroad since 2014 and they've been invaluable, especially when it comes to getting repairs sorted out and also dealing with the often unexpected problems that can crop up - especially if you're otherwise trying to deal with these things yourself from thousands of miles away. They've saved my skin on numerous occasions. Definitely recommended.

Great service. Was early at my appointment and a member of the team came to me early. He was patient for me to check every part of the apartment and was friendly with his engagements. I'm a landlord for a few properties in Glasgow and Erskine and have used 1-2-Let to manage my properties for the last few years now. I have found them, on all occasions, to be helpful, courteous and responsive to any requests or issues that have arisen. If there are any misunderstandings, these are quickly resolved with good communication being key to this.

The staff are knowledgable, professional, helpful and timely in their response. I would be happy to recommend 1-2-Let to other landlords who may require any kind of property management service.

2nd review I have written with regards to 1-2-Let. Since moving into the property, there has been 1 or 2 of the usual maintenance issues that crop up. 1-2-Let respond in a rapid manner and have sorted the issues properly without any fuss or delay. A special mention for Danielle, who actually appears to go out her way to help and ensure things get sorted. Cannot praise 1-2-Let highly enough.

I was facing with door lock in my property, I requested a fix for that but unfortunately it had not completed due to work load and also that was Friday but Danielle Keenan confirmed that I can contact her on weekend also if facing any issue and also Monday morning in first hour it got fixed. As a Landlord, I used the services of 1-2-Let for managing my rental properties in Glasgow. Certainly from a Landlord's perspective, they always seemed to find decent tenants and often had some lined up, for when the property became vacant, so not much time wasted hanging around. As it was mainly hands-off for me, 1-2-Leg managed all aspects of rebating out the properties, including advertising, inventories (very thorough) etc.

I would highly recommend 1-2-Let to any prospective landlords.trust me, I've used a few agencies in the past and 1-2-let were not only more competitive with their fees but more professional also and normally quick to respond to any of my emails etc. Communications were always professional and polite and everything conducted in a timely matter and I was always kept abreast of everything. Again, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services and only finished business with them, as I sold my rental property.

Having used 1-2- Let property management team, to manage my property now for over 4 yrs, I have found their service and personal touch 2nd to none. The communication back wards and forward has always been very prompt, informed and very accurate. The property I let out holds a significant attachment due to being a former family home. I have always wanted the best suited tenant to enjoy living there and 1-2-let properties has always supported and advised me on the best suited tenants, with all checks being carried out. Renting out property can be a worry but this management team takes that away, I cannot recommend this company and team enough. I have had a serious leak in my living room for nearly 2 months, first reported on the 27th of October 2021. We are now the 19th of December 2021. Since then, no serious action has been taken on their side. I have countless emails and photo evidence that prove they have not taken their role as a letting agency seriously. It's winter in Glasgow and I have a whole in-operational living room where an active leak happens every time it rains.

The window stays open for the water to evacuate thanks to a rickety system I put in place, without which my downstair neighbour would have water leaking from the ceiling as well. I have contacted countlessly the agency, Ryan from the repair team has told me he was in contact with the factor yet nothing has happened. The last time I contacted the agency, on the 9th of December, I was even told that they didn't know about the leak and that Ryan was gone.

I have been withholding rent hoping that this would trigger change yet nothing has happened so I'm strongly considering leaving the premises. I even had my architecture employers contact them yet nothing changed and they were rude on top of that. This is truly appalling service. I've never seen this in my life. At this rate I am considering legal procedures.

The staffs in 1-2 let are very friendly, efficient, responsive and professional! They gave me many good advice and make sure I have done all my responsibilities and repairs to keep my house in perfect condition! They are very good in helping landlords and tenants communications. They take care of everything and be very meticulous! The staffs are hard working and honest people! Much appreciate for their help for all these years! Thank you!

Myself and my flatmate were shortlisted for a property we viewed with this agency and got contacted at 3 pm saying we were chosen by the landlord and we needed to pay a holding deposit of 200. The holding deposit had to be paid by the end of the day so I said I would call them back after double checking with my flatmate - I was told to call back at 4 to pay the holding deposit.

I called back at 4.17 pm to pay it and was told that they already went with someone else because I called too late. Would it have really hurt your business that much to wait 17 minutes? Maybe if there is such an on-the-dot deadline it would be worth actually mentioning it in the phone call? Extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and just plain wide af.

Went to view a property and we were met by Jon. Jon was really friendly and helpful and answered all the questions we had. Observed all social distancing protocols and was very professional.a credit to 1-2-Let. As for the agency itself, everyone we have dealt with so far have been very helpful and have responded quickly. Communication has been great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Jon showed me around a property and was very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Once I decided to go ahead with the rental and it was agreed, all the 1-2-Let office team have been first class, keeping me informed each stage of the process.

The viewing agent Andrew was very professional and took me through an extensive tour of the place and was very helpful with any inquiries I had. The agency was as very cooperative and responsive with the phone calls. The process of applying to let could be improved as the COVID-19 restrictions are quite hindering for the application process.

Needed to move flat quickly and got in touch with 1-2 let as they had a suitable property. Got everything in place and hassle free. Also, had to contact them about faulty tap in bathroom. Sorted within 24 hours of contacting them. I would recommend them.

Rented a flat from 1-2-let last year and now renting from them again although this time we deal direct with the landlord & not the agent - would prefer to deal with the agency if I am honest as 1-2-Let are great in all aspects. Very helpful through the whole process. Maintenance issues or any queries I had were always dealt with in a timely manner. All staff are friendly. Would recommend to family and friends and I will be back in the future If need be.

I have found 1-2-let to be very helpful. I have let my flat with them for a few years now and they have always kept me well informed. The staff are polite and considerate. When problems arose they have handled them quickly and efficiently. Tenants do not always look after the property, some leave early and sometimes rent is not paid. 1-2-let have always given me the help I need. I have always been able to reply on them. I'd like to thank the team at 1-2-let for going out of their way to enable me to move into my flat when a number of things went as wrong as they could have, including loosing all my bank and credit cards and missplacing my passport. I think when they could have turned their back and moved on the next person, they stayed late in the office and let me move in out of hours to minimise the strress i was going through. Went to view a property and was very pleased with the agent (Armando) who was professional and yet still very friendly and open which helps when you have plenty of questions about the property, landlord and the area.

I have dealt with Louise both as an owner and as tenant(daughter), and have found her helpful, and responsive to problems. She has a positive attitude in what are often trying situations. She takes my calls when I ferret her out, often calling main number as hers goes to answerphone a lot! Frustrating. I much prefer to speak direct as explaining anything vaguely complicated is often long drawn out and tiresome by email.

As always, highly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. They remove all the hassle of being a landlord. The staff and particular Joanna, keep you fully engaged and informed and always act promptly and in your best interests. They are worth every penny of my management fees.

As my girlfriend and I are first time renters everything about the experience of finding a place was abit daunting. The amount of paperwork and clerical stuff was intimidating however 1-2 let were perfectly helpful, if you're going through this agency I highly reccomend not hesitating to phone or even go in person, nothing but helpful and especially when we went in person they were very understanding of and helpful with our nativity. Joanna in particular was especially helpful in our experience in explaining everything.
