We have just finished a 7 year tenancy with TLC and the whole experience has been great. Couldn't wish for a better agent than Liz.

We didn't end up getting the house, however the service received was excellent. The ethics of this estate agency is outstanding - it exists to help people find a nice house rather than to charge obscene fees and disapprove of pet owners. A very trustworthy lady in charge with good intentions. When we look to move, we'll definitely be checking TLC website first!!! Keep it up, you are still the only estate agent I've found with good, honest values!
