Avoid at all costs! Most unprofessional letting agency I have ever come across, I've had rats trapped in the vent of my cooker for over 2 months they still won't do anything, the rats have now died and rotted and as you can imagine I can't use half of my so called home because of it. On top of that they let themselves In your flat without consent, I had the little Asian girl walk in top of me while I'm sleeping telling me that 'I'm here to do a viewing' even tho I have 6 months left on my tenancy! 100% agree with the other comments that they pressure you to leave good reviews but luckily I didn't. DO NOT RENT FROM CONCENTRIC my mental heath has deteriorated since having to live in one of their properties And I do not wish the experience on anyone else.

Really happy with the service from Concentric Sales & Lettings. Lucy kept me up to date throughout the whole process of the sale and was always available at the end of the phone for support. Thank you, will use in future and recommend to family and friends.

Dawn and Ali provide such a fantastic (free!) service keeping landlords up to date with the state of the market and legislation. I love that the evenings are so interactive, a chance to ask questions, provide feedback and no hard sales pitch. An opportunity for self managing landlords to learn from the professionals and for managed landlords to understand what their agents should/shouldn't be doing. Always very informative, thanks!
