What is a HMO Report

HMO stands for House in Multiple Occupation, and refers to a single house/building, or part of, which within it contains three or more residents who do not form a single household. Typcially there are two types of HMO properties and occupants. A property with more than three residents either related, friends, work collegues etc.

Managing a HMO - Our View Report

I am an experienced multi-let manager working mainly with HMO's (House in Multiple Occupation). HMO this can, in turn put alot of landlords off. I have even had discussions with letting agents who will not touch HMO properties.
